Raju Weds Rambai is a strong content-driven movie like Care Of Kancharapalem, deserving of multiple premieres across the Telugu States before the theatrical release on November 21, said actor Adivi Sesh, speaking at the romantic action drama's trailer launch event on Thursday. Appreciating the lead performances, the Goodachari actor vouched for the film's story. "In this era of social media where people think only about viral content, bringing a pure love story to the audience is not easy. Apps may change, but love never changes. This is a genuinely made, beautiful, heart-touching love story," the G2 and Dacoit actor added.

The film marks the debut of actor Akhil Uddemari, who faced a series of heartbreaking setbacks for ten years. "Raju Weds Rambai has healed my pain. My character in this movie is a great lover," the actor said.

Actress Tejaswini has graduated from being a short-film actress to a feature film debutante with the movie. She suggested that the emotional quotient in the trailer reflects what is there in the movie. "This love story will stay in your hearts forever," she assured the audience.

Producer Vamsi Nandipati was drawn by the film's climax to produce it despite many dissuading him from doing so. The grassroots love story, he suggested, is as moving as classics like 7G Brindavan Colony and Premisthe.

Producer Bunny Vas said that the climax of the film haunted him so much that he lost sleep for two nights. He mentioned classic love couples from literature, adding that Raju and Rambai are our own people in contrast. He ruled out the element of "honour killing" in the movie. In what way the lead pair get brutalized by oppressors is something we have to watch on the big screens on November 21. The film brings to light a shocking love story that was buried for 15 years.

ETV Win’s Sai Krishna is sure that this film will never be forgotten by the audience. ETV Win’s Nithin Chakravarthy clarified that the film doesn't rail against feminism. Don't watch it from an ideological lens, he suggested. "You will see a girl who endures everything for love, a father who stands in the way of that love, and a lover who will go to any extent for it," he added. Producer Venu Udugula urged the audience not to judge Raju Weds Rambai based on the slapping scene in the trailer. There is more to the emotion than meets the eye, he implied. The content of the film will answer the doubts raised by skeptics.

Director Saailu Kampati talked about how the project fell into place. Despite newcomers headlining the movie, the shooting process was smooth. "Suresh Bobbili brought life to our film with his music," he added.

Producer Rahul Mopidevi's speech implied that the lead pair in the movie are flawed and make mistakes out of immaturity or anxiety. And that's what makes the love story realistic. Presenter Dr. Nageshwar Rao Pujari philosophically said that true love is about purity of emotions and living for the other person, something the film propagates.

Actor Chaitu Jonnalagadda, who plays the heroine's abusive father, said that the film will subject the audience to a range of emotions. Music director Suresh Bobbili is elated that the title track of the movie trended on social media at a national level.
