The production team of Maa Vande has officially completed its first filming schedule in Hyderabad. Starring Unni Mukundan in the titular role, the project reached this initial milestone following the completion of several key sequences. Director Kranthi Kumar CH is mounting this film on a huge scale.
To mark the occasion, the makers released a series of behind-the-scenes photographs, providing a first look at the production's scale and the actor's transformation for the role. It's learned that as much as Rs 400 Cr is being invested in the project.
The next schedule will be held in Kashmir.
Hollywood actor Jason Momoa (Acquaman, Game of Thrones) will be seen in a pivotal role. Also starring Jagapathi Babu, Raveena Tandon, Sarathkumar and others, the film went on the floors in December 2025.
King Solomon will be choreographing the action scenes. Ravi Basrur will be composing the BGM. KK Senthilkumar is the cinematographer. Sabu Cyril, the production designer, is on board.
Silver Cast Creations is producing the movie. ARRI Alexa 265 camera and Cooke lenses are being used in a first-of-its-kind technical breakthrough.
