The Rocking Star is back, and the numbers are already doing the talking. Yash's Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has just rewritten the history books for pan-Indian cinema.

Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC) secured the distribution rights for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for a jaw-dropping Rs 120 Cr. This deal, structured as an advance on a commission basis, stands as the highest ever for a film of non-Telugu origin.

The battle for the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana rights was no quiet affair. Three major distribution powerhouses were locked in aggressive competition, but SVC ultimately emerged on top. This landmark agreement between KVN Productions, Monster Mind Creations, and SVC is being hailed as a defining moment in Indian film distribution.

Yash, who started small in Sandalwood, isn't just a guest star; he is embraced as one of their own by the Telugu audience. Since the phenomenon of KGF: Chapter 2, the anticipation for his next move has reached a fever pitch. The market is reacting accordingly.

Speaking on the acquisition, Dil Raju highlighted that Yash has evolved into a "formidable titan" of the industry whose global market has only strengthened since his last outing. He noted that the four-year wait since KGF 2 has created sky-high expectations among fans. Raju shared that the team at SVC is "stoked to present this prestigious project" and expressed his hope to continue collaborating with Yash on many more films in the future.

The Yash-Dil Raju duo's coming together is one of the biggest cross-industry developments ever. The producer is already planning a series of movies with big stars, including one or two in Bollywood.

Toxic will head to theatres on March 19 on a grand scale. The film's trailer is expected to be momentous.
