Kamal Haasan and director Shankar are gearing up for the release of 'Indian 2' on a big scale. The film will head to theatres sometime in July. The precise release date is yet to be made official.
It has been confirmed by Kamal himself that 'Indian 3' will release just six months after the arrival of 'Indian 2' in theatres. In other words, 'Indian 3' could be out in December this year or in January next year. If it misses the mark, it will have to be postponed to April or May 2025.
The vigilante drama co-stars Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gulshan Grover, Bobby Simha, Samuthirakani, and Nedumudi Venu. Lyca Productions is bankrolling the two movies.
Kamal agreed to do the film only because Shankar was clear about doing the third installment as well.
