The "wildfire" of the Icon Star has officially reached Japan, the makers stated, marking the grand theatrical debut of Pushpa 2's Japanese version. A special premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule (released locally as Pushpa Kunrin) was held in Tokyo, which saw the presence of Japanese fans.
The event saw Allu Arjun, accompanied by co-star Rashmika Mandanna, greeted with applause and warmth. The audience showered the actor with love. A major highlight of the evening was the hero addressing the crowd and delivering some of his iconic lines in Japanese. Team Pushpa expressed that they are "deeply humbled" by the incredible reception, describing the atmosphere as encouraging.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is scheduled to shoot for Lokesh Kanagaraj's movie later this year. The untitled project is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Anirudh Ravichander is its music director.
