In Maa Inti Bangaram, Samantha Ruth Prabhu's female protagonist character has two faces. To her husband's family, she is meek and traditional. And otherwise, she is on a secret mission. Her fierceness is what makes this film a gritty action drama.
Her anger seems to be born out of a desperate necessity. The question is, what is her motive? Is it protection of her husband/family? Is it surviving a hunt? Or, is it escaping a trap? Whatever the plot might be, it will be interesting to see Samantha's lead character use tools of a homemaker in lethal, inventive ways. Lee Whittaker is responsible for stunt choreography.
The narrative, helmed by BV Nandini Reddy, bridges the gap between domestic vulnerability and visceral grit. Instead of a loud heroic score, the film seems to be leaning into minimalist sounds. The music is being composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Gulshan Devaiah has a major role in the movie. Also featuring Diganth in a leading role, this one has senior actresses Gautami and Manjusha in supporting roles.
Tralala Moving Pictures is producing the movie. The other two producers are Raj himself and Himank Duvvuru. Sita Menon and Vasant Maringanti have penned the story and screenplay.
The production of this project features a creative team, led by Om Prakash as the Director of Photography and Dharmendra Kakarala overseeing the editing process. The visual world is crafted by Production Designer Ullas Hydoor, while Nikhil Koduru serves as the VFX Supervisor to manage the digital effects.
Samantha's action drama Maa Inti Bangaram is expected to be a Summer release.
