'Kannappa': Netizens go after 'Writer' Vishnu Manchu

There is a stubborn writer in the town. It is Vishnu Manchu. The last time he wrote something, 'Mosagallu' came out of his mind. This time, it is an epic-scale movie: 'Kannappa – A True Epic Indian Tale'.

Releasing the first look of 'Kannappa', Vishnu wrote, "Step into the world of 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚 where the journey of an atheist Warrior to becoming Lord Shiva’s ultimate devotee comes to life. He is the Bravest Warrior and the Ultimate Devotee." The description says it all. The film will feature some action scenes where the warrior identity of the titular character will be fleshed out. And that will necessitate mounting ambitious sequences.

Only time will tell how the action choreography is going to be. For now, though, Netizens are dismayed that Vishnu is the film's story writer. When the movie was announced, this piece of information was not revealed. The audience were told that Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Thota Prasad, Thotapalli Sainath, and Burra Sai Madhav were developing the story. Sai Madhav, the writer of 'RRR', is not mentioned in the latest poster.

Vishnu Manchu's still on the poster is heavily inspired. Netizens are reminded of the posters of 'RRR' and 'Adipurush'.
