Neeraj Shyam and Naira Shah as the lead pair, ‘E Ee’ is being produced by Lakshman Rao on Navabala Creations banner. Ram Ganapathi Rao is making his debut as director through this film. This romantic entertainer is releasing on December 22.
Naira Shah, who played the female lead, shared few words about her and the film. She said, “I am from Mumbai. I know Kungfu and I am also a kick boxer. I won silver medal in national level. My parents shifted to Mumbai to become actors. But, their dream didn’t come true. To make their dream come true I have joined a crash course in Anupam Kher acting school. After that I did theatres course. After few days I got the opportunity in serials. But, my dream is not to do serials and thus I left that and tried in Bollywood. I know it is not that easy. We must born as a star kid or we must have a godfather for that. Therefore, I started my trials as heroine in south.”
About how she bagged the opportunity, the actress said, “Director Ram Ganapathi called me for auditions. I was selected out of 450 girls. I was asked to act a scene from Genelia starrer ‘Bommarillu’. I don’t know Telugu. I took help from my neighbours and learned the meaning of the dialogues and sent the video of my acting. By coincidence, my character’s name in the film is Haasini. I feel it as lucky that I am being introduced through this character.”
About her character in the film, Naira Shah revealed, “My character in the film is a modern girl and looks arrogant in the starting and after that changes into a romantic girl. If anyone wants to give me the opportunity as heroine and wants to know my talent, I will ask them to watch my acting in ‘E Ee’. My character in the film has lot of variations. My director Ram Ganapathi has given me the chance to prove my talent. I am thankful to him for encouraging me.”
About her co-star Neeraj Shyam, director and the film, the pretty lass said, “He is a nice co-star. He helped me a lot in delivering Telugu dialogues. Senior actor Sudhakar garu has given me many suggestions. Director Ram Ganapati garu has kept faith on me and given me a wonderful role. ‘E Ee’ is a romantic entertainer. It can be watched by the whole family together.” I am in talks for few more film. I will reveal the details once they are finalised.”
