Producer S Naga Vamsi, speaking at a presser post the movie's release, shared, "The word of mouth is positive everywhere. It's unanimous. The way audiences are enjoying the comedy in the film is matched by how strongly they are connecting with the emotional content in the ultimate stretches, the climax. There is a possibility that the number of theatres will increase in the coming days. The film will collect massive revenues in Telangana as well as Andhra Pradesh."
Anaganaga Oka Raju stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the heroine. It is co-written by Naveen, director Maari, and Chinmayi. Its music is composed by Mickey J Meyer. Chammak Chandra, Tarak Ponnappa, Mahesh Achanta, and others are seen in different roles.
