In 2026, several prominent Telugu actors are slated for multiple film releases, contributing to a busy year for the industry.
Prabhas:
Prabhas leads with two projects. The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi Dasari, features Prabhas alongside Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Zarina Wahab, scheduled for January 9.
Hanu Raghavapudi's Fauzi includes Imanvi Esmail, Anupam Kher, and Mithun Chakraborty. Its release date is yet to be made official.
Chiranjeevi:
Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, directed by Anil Ravipudi, will be released on January 12. The entertainer co-stars Nayanthara.
Vishwambhara, helmed by Mallidi Vasishta with music by MM Keeravani, casts Chiranjeevi, Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, Ashika Ranganath, and Mouni Roy.
Venkatesh:
Trivikram Srinivas-directed Adarsha Kutumbam pairs him with Srinidhi Shetty for a summer rollout. The prestigious family entertainer is being produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations.
Venkatesh's releases include Drishyam 3, a continuation of the thriller series, with a potential October 2 date aligning with other language versions.
Nani:
Nani appears in The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor, Raghav Juyal, Sonali Kulkarni, and Tanikella Bharani, arriving March 26.
His collaboration with OG director Sujeeth lacks confirmed details. Rumouredly titled Bloody Romeo, it will hit the cinemas this year provided the production is completed in time. But its release in December at the latest is very likely.
Adivi Sesh:
Dacoit and G2 are guaranteed to head to theatres this year.
Vijay Deverakonda:
Rowdy Janardhana, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola with Keerthy Suresh, aims for a December release. His period action film with Rahul Sankrityan under Mythri Movie Makers, is also likely to be released in this year. Ideally, this has to come out for Dasara.
Ravi Teja:
Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, directed by Thirumala Kishore, is set for January 14. He also has projects with Shiva Nirvana (a thriller drama) and Kalyan Shankar (a superhero film), both in early stages. One of these two is expected to hit the marquee this year.
