In a recent chit-chat for promoting Mass Jathara, comedian Hyper Aadi said that a section of vocal audience, especially those on social media, have been trying to kill commercial entertainers. "For them, commercial cinema is outdated," the Jabardasth comedian remarked.

At this, Ravi Teja said that those audience members are an absolute minority. "They are in small numbers. I don't give a damn about their opinions. I never care," the Mass Maharaja added. Hyper Aadi then opined that the majority of the audience always expect entertainers from Ravi Teja. "While the minority wrote off Dhamaka, the majority of the audience watched it and showered Rs 100 Cr on it. Mass Jathara is, once again, such a movie," Aadi said.

Mass Jathara, also starring Sreeleela, Naveen Chandra, Rajendra Prasad, VK Naresh, Ajay Ghosh and others, is directed by newcomer Bhanu Bhogavarapu. It is produced by S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and has music by Bheems Ceciroleo.
