Five Kollywood film personalities are reportedly in a soup. The Tamil Nadu Producers' Council has reportedly issued a circular saying that Simbu, Vishal, SJ Suryah, Atharvaa and comedian Yogi Babu can't be roped in for any project without the council's prior consent.
The reason has something to do with their alleged non-cooperation in previous instances. "These are the actors who have not allocated dates to some producers after getting an advance and other related issues. The Council will hold discussions with the actors first and will release their names officially," says Kollywood film observer Ramesh Bala.
Yogi Babu and SJ Suryah have always been super busy. They are among the most sought-after artists these days.
As for Simbu, he has previously faced allegations of indiscipline. A producer once accused him of sending a voice note from his washroom when asked to do dubbing in a studio.
