Arya Dhayal shot to fame during the pandemic-induced lockdown in the year 2020 with the indie song 'King of My Kind’. It was her maiden English-language song. Till then, she was mostly enjoying the patronage only of Malayalam music lovers.
The news is that the 28-year-old female singer has been roped in by the makers of 'Baby' to croon a song. Starring Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Viraj Ashwin in lead roles, 'Baby' is directed by Sai Rajesh. Talking about roping in Arya, the creative filmmaker says that she has got a huge listener base. "I personally admire her talent. I am sure that our 'Baby' song, crooned by her, is going to be as big a hit as the song 'Oo Rendu Prema Meghalila'," the 'Kobbari Matta' and 'Colour Photo' producer says.
For Arya, the song marks her Telugu cinema debut. “For the first time ever, we erected a set for a lyrical video," says producer SKN, who is confident that the high-range song is going to turn out to be a top-billed chartbuster.
The film is yet to lock its release date.
