'The Gray Man' is set to be streamed on Netflix from July 22. The American action thriller is based on a novel written by Mark Greaney. The exclusive Netflix release was shot in Los Angeles, France, the Czech Republic, Thailand, Croatia, Austria and Azerbaijan.
The news is that the directors, Russo Brothers, have interacted with the Indian media to talk about the movie. “Being here in India has let us see first-hand how much entertainment is thriving here," the directors said, adding that seeing Dhanush in action will thrill the audience. They described the acclaimed actor as a consummate professional.
On his part, Dhanush said that the directors have taught him the virtue of patience. "It was an unbelievable experience and I enjoyed every moment of it," he added.
Meanwhile, early reviews are pouring in for the film. In its review, The Hindu today said that The Gray Man isn’t really about the plot, nor is it about the screenplay. The driving force of the film is action, the review added.
In its review, Indian Express stated that Russo Brothers' movies are known for massive set pieces, foreign locations, and convincing action choreography aided by some charismatic actors.
