Tamil Nadu chief minister and Indian actor Jayalalitha passed away on Tuesday morning at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai after undergoing treatment for 73 days. Jayalalitha and I studied together at Church Park School in Chennai. When I was in 3rd standard, she was my senior. I remember the days when she was going to shootings. Jayalalitha has made her mark both as an actor and a dancer. She entered into politics without any background and became successful. She crossed many obstacles as a leader, but finally won acclaims from people. She introduced several schemes in Tamil Nadu.
