Dr Balamurali Krishna was laureled by the people of Palakol with a Golden Bracelet (Swarna Kankanam) and he was also honored with a procession on a decorated chariot with the Endowments Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri Manikyala Rao sitting in the place of charioteer
