Thursday, 23 May 2013: The Australian Trade Commission in partnership with Hyatt Hotels; Mulwarra Export Pty Ltd, Australia; Meat & Livestock Australia and Treasury Wine Estates, Australia are organising the “Australian Lamb Culinary Experience” - a 4 city Australian lamb promotion between May 18 to June 9, 2013 at Hyatt Hotels in Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi & Mumbai.
The lamb promotion campaign is being organised coinciding with the launch of premium Australian Lamb in India by Mulwarra Export Pty Ltd, Australia

Chef’s Round Table
Chef’s round tables featuring executive chefs from leading hotel groups in Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi & Mumbai are being organised. The Chef’s round tables involves the demonstration & tasting of dishes around dinners featuring Australian lamb expertly paired with Penfolds, Australia’s iconic wine brand.
Lamb specific promotion activity in Hyatt Hotels
An Australian lamb menu will be on offer at the Hyatt Hotels at their all-day dining restaurants in Hyatt Regency Chennai, Hyatt Regency Delhi, Park Hyatt Hyderabad and Grand Hyatt Mumbai during the promotion between May 18 to June 9, 2013.
Lamb Promotion
The lamb promotion will be hosted by Mike Tafe, Corporate Chef, Mulwarra Export Pty Ltd. Paired with Penfolds, Australia’s iconic wine brand, Mike will take the diners & chefs on an epicurean journey of Australian lamb to demonstrate its versatility, taste and quality.
