The Kingfisher Explocity Food Guide

Hyderabad, March 16th, 2012: Kingfisher Premium in association with Explocity and Reliance Timeout launched today the Kingfisher Explocity Great Food Guide 2012, Hyderabad edition. The launch also marked the commencement of a unique culinary journey in the city with more exciting cooking events across the month.

Adding to the excitement, Chef Srikanth Gopisetti, Corporate Chef at News Cafe, demonstrated some delectable Bruschetta platter, Grilled fish accompanied with Sky high French toast. The simple dish with a burst of flavours could either be served as a starter or main course.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Samar Singh Sheikhawat, Senior Vice President Marketing, United Breweries Limited, said “Kingfisher Premium has been associated with the Explocity Food Guide since its inception in 2006. Kingfisher Premium and Explocity take leading chefs out of their busy kitchens and bring them in front of consumers in a bid to bring out the ‘Master Chef’ in them!”

The Kingfisher Explocity Great Food Guide 2012 promises to be the most comprehensive restaurant guide in the city with over 1700 listings from Bars, Pubs, Lounge Bars and Food Courts to Cafes, Fine Dining, Ice cream Parlors and Sweets & Snacks stores.

The Kingfisher Explocity Food Guide Hyderabad 2012 will be conducting four more such cooking demonstrations on March 24th, March 30th, April 6th and April 13th at Urban Asia, SO, Basil and Siaa respectively.
