Mercure Hyderabad, Abids is celebrating Enter The Dragon, the Chinese Food Festival from 17th to 26th September 2010 at the Abids Bistro,with celebrity chef - Penpa Tsering of Sampan Fame from Novotel Mumbai, the festival offers authentic and signature Vegetarian Chinese dishes.

According to the Head Chef - Nilesh, 'the decor and ambience of the restaurant will feature hues of Chinese culture and tradition using vibrant colors, lanterns, traditional fans, chopsticks, lucky bamboo etc. Chinese music and jasmine tea would be a part of creating an atmosphere of welcoming the guests to the restaurant.

The food is done with the combinations found in vegetarian dishes from sweet and sour to hot and spicy. Some of the Chef Penpa's specials would include Trio Mushroom and Corn Dim Sum, Cha Chu Potatoes, Vegetable Rainbow Soup, Vegetable Wontons , Sichuan Tofu, along with mainstays of Chinese cuisine mainly - noodles, tofu, rice and fresh vegetables in various styles.

Chef Penpa has years of experience in Chinese cooking and has won several accolades from Bollywood film stars like Amitabh Bachchan ,Kajol, Rithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and many other well-known celebrities.
