Audio launch event of ‘Kaadhali’ was held on Tuesday i.e. on June 6 in Hyderabad. Ram Charan and IT Minister KTR graced the event as chief guests. Ram Charan launched the Big CD, while KTR released the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Suresh Babu. ‘Kaadhali’ is a triangular love story with fresh casting of Pooja K Doshi, Harish Kalyan, Sai Ronak and directed by Pattabhi R Chilukuri. Produced by Anaganagana Film Company, the film boasts decent technical values and refreshing visuals sure to entertain our Telugu audience.
Discussing about the GST issue, Suresh Babu said, “Pattabhi is a friendly person. I wish ‘Kaadhali’ will become big hit. Last time, when we discussed with KTR about GST issue, he immediately taken it to Arun Jaitley. Now the GST has raised to 28% and so that it effects the regional film industry badly. In my opinion, the tax should not be same to the big and small films and it should be better if it is different for regional films. I request KTR garu, who always supports Telugu film industry, should look into the problem.”
Addressing the gathering, KTR said, “Pattabhi R Chilukuri is my childhood friend. The film is his dream. We have invited Charan as we felt that the film will not reach audience with political leaders. ‘Kaadhali’ came out wonderfully. The film is made with all fresh faces and so that it is refreshing. Trailer is very impressive. These days, some small films are going great. I wish ‘Kaadhali’ will becoe big hit like ‘Pelli Choopulu’. Pattabhi has great passion for films. He left the IT department when it is in high and entered into film industry. He is the big fan of Venkatesh garu. When Pattabhi written a letter to Suresh Babu garu, he immediately called him and given the opportunity. Suresh garu certainly deserves applause. Whenever Suresh garu and Dil Raju garu meets, they discuss about how to take the film industry to the next level. ‘Baahibali 2’ has taken the Telugu cinema reputation to the international level. It’s a great thing that a local gaming company in California are discussing about the film. Tax is good for the country economy. But, many people are of the opinion that if 28% of GST is imposed, the industry have to shell out more money towards tax. Recently I heard Kamal Haasan garu also discussed the same. All our South Indian film industries should meet Arun Jaitley garu regarding this issue.”
Ram Charan said, “As this is the first big function after the demise of Dasari Narayana Rao garu, to pay homage to him, let us stand together in silence for 1 minute. We miss you Dasari garu. I am thankful to KTR garu for responding immediately to the request of Suresh garu regarding GST. ‘Orange’ is my most favourite film in my career. I would like to do such film again and again. I am confident that ‘Kaadhali’ which has colours like ‘Orange’ will become bigger hit. Despite being new to acting, everyone in the team have given wonderful performance.”
Hit films producer Dil Raju said, “Tamil title ‘Kaadhali’ for Telugu film suggests that it will be a different film. I wish the film will become big hit like ‘Happy Days’ and ‘Pelli Choopulu’.”
“The film has good music. Anand garu stood as big support for the film. I am confident that ‘Kaadhali’ will become big hit,” said Vanamali.
Music director Prasan Praveen Shyam said, “This ‘Kaadhali’ is our second film. ‘Malupu’ is our first project. I am very thankful to Pattabhi garu for having given me this opportunity.”
Dasarath said, “Pattabhi R Chilukuri has good knowledge on cinema industry. He used to be very friendly. Audio is very impressive. The trailer of ‘Kaadhali’ reminds me of ‘Prema Desam’ film.”
On this occasion, RP Patnaik said, “All artists in the film are fresh faces and beautiful. I believe Pattabhi R Chilukuri has extracted good output from everyone in the team with his experience.”
